1. Don’t leave it for later:

2. Follow a schedule:

If you usually wake up at 6 AM, don’t sleep till 11 AM on a weekend. You’re body cannot handle the disruptions caused by irregular sleep pattern or REM sleep cycles. It will lead to an overall decrease in total productivity. Of course you can sleep a little extra on a weekend, you have earned at least that much.

3. Make plans for the week:

On weekends plan for the coming week, what better time to plan your week than during the weekend? That way, you don’t start Monday’s off in a total frenzy, feeling like you have 100 tasks to do but not knowing when to do them. Make sure you know what you’re doing and when you’re doing.

4. Follow your passions:

The more you pursue you’re interests, or passions – whether its learning new language(English, French etc),joining dance classes or preparing for government exams you should do it.
