3,500 Invitations for Canadian PR

The express entry draw has issued 3500 invitations to the candidates. The draw was held on 19th September 2018. All of the invited candidates can now apply for the Canadian PR. The Comprehensive Ranking System score was 441 and students with the score 441 and above were invited to apply. The ranking of the candidate is done based on their scores. In the previous express entry draw which was held on 5th September 2018 had a higher invitation number i.e. 3,900. But, comparing it to last year there is a sigh of relief. The number has been increased this year. Last time the number even went below 3000 Invitation to Apply (ITA).

The rankings of the express entry candidates can be improved in various ways. One way is by using provisional nominations. This can lead them in an increase in CRS points by 600. Read the below-mentioned updates before applying for the Canadian PR next time;

1. Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) have been linked with the express entry draw. They have added innovation to the draw in 2018.
2. There are modifications in the minimum CRS score. Earlier it was 400 and now the minimum score will be finalized by the by the director of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.
3. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued a total of 62,100 ITAs over 19 draws in 2018. This number was 66,549 last year. This marks the 4,449 ITAs behind in the pace.
