AIBE 13 is the most important exam for any law graduate which is conducted by the Bar Council of India every year. All Law graduates who are aspiring to practice law in the various courts situated in India must pass this exam because, on the basis of this exam, the Bar Council of India would issue the \u201cCertificate of Practice\u201d to the candidate. The AIBE exam is held bi-annually each year.<\/p>\n

The Registration for the Thirteenth edition of\u00a0 ALL INDIA BAR EXAMINATION (AIBE ) has already begun. The Candidates can register directly through the website of AIBE by clicking this link. The registration can be done only through online mode. The exam is conducted in 44 cities all over India and provides 11 languages (Assamese, English, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Bengali) options for appearing in the examination. The exam is an open book exam and the pattern of the question paper is MCQ\u2019s (Multiple Choice Questions) i.e. 100 questions and the exam is to be attempted within 3 hours, 30 minutes. It is important to note here that each question carries 1 Mark and there is no negative marking in the MCQ\u2019s. The candidate needs to score a minimum of 40% to clear the AIBE exam.<\/p>\n

Eligibility and Other Conditions:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

\uf0a7 The candidate must be a Law graduate with a LLB Degree (3 year or 5 years integrated course) from a recognized institute\/university.<\/p>\n

\uf0a7 No Minimum marks obtained in LLB are required to be shown for appearing in AIBE<\/strong><\/a>. Hence even if you have passed with 3 CGPA\/40% marks, it would be no bar in appearing for the examination.<\/p>\n

\uf0a7 A law graduate who has graduated after 1\/July\/2010 must appear in AIBE. There is no number limitation for appearing the exam for clearing it.<\/p>\n

\uf0a7 Before applying for the examination, the Candidate must get himself enrolled with the desired State Bar Council as, without the enrolment number, the registration process cannot be completed on your end.<\/p>\n

\uf0a7 The documents which are required to be submitted along with the examination form includes the a) Advocate ID card (if issued by State Bar Council) b) Enrolment Certificate c) Scanned photo & signature d) SC\/ST Category Certificate (if applicable) e) Disability certificate (if applicable). The candidate must keep in mind that all these documents before being uploaded on the website need to be self-attested. If in case the candidate has not self-attested the documents, their forms are liable to rejected.<\/p>\n

\uf0a7 The AIBE also provides a mechanism whereby any wrong information mentioned in the form or wrong document uploaded can be rectified. The candidate has to e-mail AIBE on aibe.bci@gmail.com giving detail of the correction needed along with the Registration Number. However, keep in mind that the correction needs to be done before the issuance of the Admit Card and no correction is permitted after the Admit Card has been issued by AIBE. However, such rectifications, if any, received after the issuance of the Admit Card, will be informed\/sent to the Bar Council for approval and the AIBE takes no responsibility of the same.<\/p>\n

\uf0a7 It is advisable to the Candidates to provide a valid email ID and correct Phone number for any communication with the AIBE authorities.<\/p>\n

\uf0a7 FEES: For General\/OBC, Rs.3560 and for SC\/ST. Rs. 2560. Payment is to be made after 24 hours of generating the challan<\/p>\n

\uf0a7 Admit Card: Once the last date of the registration is over, Admit cards will be available to be downloaded on the website. However, it is important to verify all the details before downloading the Admit Card from the website and in case there are any errors, the authorities must be contacted instantly.<\/p>\n
