Latest update regarding  Staff Selection Commission (SSC) CHSL (Tier-1) 2017

Every year Staff Selection Commission conducts Combined Higher Secondary Level(CHSL) for enrollment in myriads organizations of the government of India for following posts:-

1 Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants (PA/SA).
2 Data Entry Operator (DEO).
3 Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC).
4 Court Clerk.

The Exam will be held in 3 Tiers. Tier 1 is an online exam and next 2 Tiers are offline. To get selected in Staff Selection Commission (SSC), CHSL candidates have to qualify all 3 tiers and according to the merit list selected candidates will be appointed for the above jobs.

Objective Multiple choices Online

Tier 2
Descriptive Paper in English/Hindi Pen and Paper

Tier 3
Skill Test/Computer Proficiency Test

Wherever Applicable Important update for the exam is:

Tier 1 was formerly scheduled to be on 4th March to 22nd March 2018 but with the release of new exam calendar by SSC, new exam date for SSC CHSL Tier 1 was 4th April to 22nd April 2018. But on 2 February 2018 SSC clarified that CHSL exam will be conducted in the month of March and on the same date that was declared earlier i.e 4th March to 22nd March 2018.
